1. What is Ding Ding?
Ding Ding is an application that allows mall's tenants to submit their end of day sales electronically to the mall management or landlord in the format required.
2. Getting Started
Visit our website at https://ding-ding-global.myshopify.com/ . Select and purchase the services that you want from our platform.
You will receive an order summary via email upon completion of payment. In the email, there is a link that need you to submit your details so that we can help you with the account creation.
When you complete the submission, you will receive a new user account activation email within 1-2 business day from our crew.
3. Supported devices for Ding Ding

Note: You can only login to Ding Ding application with one device at a time, per account.
Ding Ding website is not in a mobile friendly version yet. To have an in-apps best user experience with Ding Ding, you can use the app with your desktop, laptop or tablet.

You can purchase and use Ding Ding from your web browser.

1. Can't remember login details
If you can't remember your password, reset it by clicking the "Forgot Password" link in Ding Ding application login page.
If you can't remember your Login ID, go to password reset and enter the correct email address that you had registered with Ding Ding. When you enter the correct email address, you will get the message that the password reset email was sent.
2. Can't reset password
a. Old/ Wrong Email Address?
When you tried to enter the email address at the "Forgot Password", it says "Email does not exists". This is because the email address that you had registered in Ding Ding was not the same as what you had entered here. You need to enter the same email address that you had registered.
If you can't remember the email address, here are some options:
- Regain access to the email address if possible
- Write an email to our crew at crew@dingdingglobal.com
b. No account associated with email address?
If the password reset says there's no account associated with the email you entered, try again with any other possible email addresses you have and register with Ding Ding.
If you think your email is changed without your permission, you can write an email to our crew at crew@dingdingglobal.com to seek further assistance.
c. Didn't get reset email?
Check your spam/ junk folders, or any other filtered folders. If you don't have access to your email address, refer to above "Point A - Old/ Wrong Email Address".
d. Invalid password reset link?
Reset your password again, but this time opens the emailed link in a private or incognito browser.
3. Exceeded the number of sign in attempts
You will only have a maximum of 5 times for sign in attempt. If you have exceeded this limit, your account will be locked. Please click the "Forgot Password" in the login page to reset your password.
4. Change email address
- Log in to your Ding Ding application.
- Click VIEW PROFILE at the site menu.
- Under Email, enter your new email address.
- Confirm your new email address.
- Click SAVE CHANGES.
5. Username and display name
a. Your username
Your username is designed to identify you on Ding Ding, please follow the steps below if you want to change it
- Log in to your Ding Ding application.
- Click VIEW PROFILE at the site menu.
- Under Name, enter your new username.
- Confirm your new username.
- Click SAVE CHANGES.
Note: You don't need your username to log in. Instead, use your email address and password.
b. Your display name
A display name is same as your Login ID where it shows on your profile and app. If you want to change your display name, see "4. Change email address".
Note: Display name is the email address you used to register with Ding Ding during purchase.
6. How to log out
- Click your profile in the top-right.
- Click on LOGOUT.
7. Change of store/ unit ownership/ management?
Please send an email to our crew at crew@dingdingglobal.com for ownership transfer at the moment. You will be requested to submit relevant documents for verification purposes.
8. Didn't receive account activation email after purchase?
Make sure that you have sent us your sign-up form.
Click the link here https://forms.gle/9KdU582VTtwt8u2U6 to fill up the form if you have not submit to us yet.
You will receive an account activation email within 1-2 working days upon complete the form submission.
9. Didn't receive order confirmation email after purchase?
Check your spam/ junk folders, or any other filtered folders. If you still do not receive the order confirmation after 1-2 working days, it may be due to an incorrect email address registered during purchase.
Please write an email with subject reference to your Order No. to us at crew@dingdingglobal.com, our crew will attend to you shortly.
1. Plans and Pricing
You are able to choose to purchase our service plan for 1 month, 3 months or 1 year. Please visit our website at https://ding-ding-global.myshopify.com/ for more details on the pricing for each plan.
2. Payment methods
You can subscribe to our services by using your Credit/Debit card. Visa/Master/Amex are accepted to purchase our services.
To see the payment methods available, go to https://ding-ding-global.myshopify.com/ and continue through to the checkout. You won't be charged until you submit your payment info.
3. Update payment details
You are not required to update payment details because we are not doing the auto renewal at the moment.
You may use a different payment method from first purchase when you received the renewal invoice from us. The payment options will be given in the same renewal email.
4. Billing date
Our crew will send you a reminder email when your plan is about to expire.
Please proceed to the payment as stated in email if you are wished to continue the service with us. Our crew will assist you to complete the renewal once we received your payment.
5. View your receipts
You will receive a receipt via email when you successfully made a payment at our platform of a new subscription or renewal.
6. Refund
There will be no refund given once the payment have been paid on our platform.
7. Change plan
If you wish to renew your subscription with a longer period, you may purchase directly from our online store OR you may write to crew@dingdingglobal.com with your shop name and client ID for ease reference. Our crew will follow up with you within 1-2 working days.
8. Cancel or terminate plan
Contact us via https://ding-ding-global.myshopify.com/pages/support, or send email to crew@dingdingglobal.com, please indicate your Order No. given for ease reference. Our crew will attend to you shortly for your confirmation on the cancellation or early termination services with us.
9. Do I get my refund if I terminate my plan earlier?
Sorry, there is strictly no refund after payment is made on this platform.
